Returns/Exchange (if applicable)
Please note that we can only offer a refund or exchange if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the incorrect size. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for those cases.
We offer both a refund or exchange option — just send the item back to us in unwashed and unworn condition, and we’ll either swap it for a new one or provide a refund. It’s completely up to you!
Before ordering, please make sure to check the size guide to ensure you get the correct fit.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund (minus the cost of shipping fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellations (if applicable)
Upon request, orders that have not been processed yet can be canceled and refunded. Once an order has been completed it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Transaction fees for cancelled order are non refundable in the event of a refund, so if a refund is requested we can issue the refund minus transaction fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fortee.co.nz.
