Are your Tees 100% cotton?

​

​Yes, our shirts our 100% combed cotton t-shirts, but we also have 50/50 poly cotton & 100% polyester t-shirts. Please view our size charts to make sure you get the correct size.

​How are the Tees printed?

​

​We specialise in heat vinyl transfer and digital printing and we create high quality designs which work well with our printing techniques.

 

​How should I care for my Tees?

​

​We highly recommend that you flip the garment inside out and wash with cold water to avoid fading. 

​

How is the price determined for custom shirts?

​

​Price is primarily determined by 3 things: the garment type, the total number of print colours needed for printing & the total quantity of items in your order.

​

​Do you offer volume discounts?

​

Absolutely, we have volume discounts starting at just 10 items.

​How do I get a quote?

​

​Give us the specifications for the order you’d like a quote on by filling out this form and we’d be glad to send you a quote over email.

 

​What forms of payment do you accept?

​

​We accept credit cards, Afterpay and Laybuy. These payments options are all available at checkout.

​

Can I send in garments to be customised?

​

​Yes, but the garment has to be reasonably new. 

​

​When will my order ship out?

​

Our products are custom printed for your order, and that printing can take 3-5 working days. Once it has been shipped you'll receive another email with the tracking number to let you know it's on its way.

​

​How long does it take to receive my order? 

​

​Delivery standard is 1-2 working days for both North and South Island. All labels are equipped with online track and traceability. Rural deliveries take a further 1-2 working days to deliver on top of the normal delivery standard for the area. Please visit www.addresscheck.co.nz to see if your address is considered rural.

​What do I do if I need a rush delivery?

​

​Please email us at sales@fortee.co.nz with your order number and we will do our best to work out a solution with you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

​

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing order.

​Do you allow pick ups and have a shop we can visit?

​

No, we are an online store only.
