Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchange (if applicable)

We offer both a refund or exchange option. Just send them back to us in unwashed and unworn condition and we'll exchange it for a new one or provide a refund; it's all up to you!

​Please note that we can only offer refund or exchange items if they are defective, damaged or we sent incorrect size. We will be responsible for the return shipping of the item(s).

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund (minus the cost of shipping fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Afterpay merchant fees are non refundable in the event of a refund (If you have paid by Afterpay we are charged a 6% which is non refundable to us, so if a refund is requested we can issue the refund minus the 6% Afterpay fee.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fortee.co.nz.
